If unfortunately due to postage and handling by Australia Post or Sendle ( I'm very careful when packaging and try my utmost to pack securely with bubble wrap and packing beans ) an item is delivered to you faulty please notify me straight away with a photo and description of the faulty product via my email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase and a replacement or refund will be issued.
